   EVENT RULES 

       1. PAPER PRESENTATION   (IDEATHON SUMMIT)

• Team size may be 1 to  4 members                                        
• Paper should be in IEEE Format.                                   
• Presentation should not exceed 10 minutes including queries.
• Two hard copies and one soft copy on CD.                               
• A4 size 7 pages maximum (Font: Times new roman, Size:12) 
• All participants should register through mail.                           
• Judge's decision would be final.

2). IQ IGNITE ( TECHNICAL QUIZ)

 participant must be individual

        Only one round of question

        Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited

 Quizmaster’s decision is final.

      Time limit:45 mins

3). MEME CREATION

 Individual or team participation (max 2).

 Theme will be given on the spot.

 Time limit: 75 minutes.

 Only original content allowed.

 Vulgar/abusive content strictly prohibited.

 Basic editing apps allowed.

4). CREATIVE CANVAS  (POSTER DESIGN)

 Individual only.

 Basic editing apps allowed(participants can use prompts).

 Theme will be announced on the spot.

 Time limit: 75 minutes.

 Judging based on creativity, clarity & relevance. 

            Software: Canva

5). MEHANDI ART

 Team participation (max 2).

 Participants must bring their own materials.

 Time limit: 1 hour.

 Design Scope: One hand, usually up to the elbow or 3/4 length.

 Materials: Participants must bring their own mehndi cones and, materials.

 Prohibited Items: Stickers, stencils, glitter, or pre-drawn outlines are generally prohibited.

 Judging based on neatness & creativity.

6). MASK PAINTING

 Individual participation.

 Bring your own colors & brushes.

 Time limit:60 minutes.

 No pre-designed templates allowed.

7). PHOTO CLICK

 Individual event.

 Theme will be announced on the spot.

 Photos must be captured inside campus with their

         own mobile 

 Basic editing allowed .

 Submit before time limit given ( 60 minutes )

8). ZERO FLAME

 Max 5 members per team.

 No fire or induction stove is allowed.

 Time limit: 1 hour.

 Participants must bring your own ingredients 

 Judging based on taste, presentation , no of dishes      ( varieties ), creative preparation &  hygiene.

9). REELS MAKING

 Team of 2–3 members.

 Theme:

             ** FUNNY VIDEOS

             ** FIRST YEAR VS FINAL YEAR 

             **COLLEGE LIFE IN 60 SECONDS

          

            

 Duration: 30–60 seconds.

 Must be shot inside campus.

 Submit before deadline.

10). IPL AUCTION

 Team event (max 4 members).

 Virtual money will be provided.

 Team strategy matters.

 Rules will be explained before start.

 Organizer decision is final.
